Here at WeGo!, we believe that every girl has the capacity in becoming a leader, but what more--a community impacting leader. With a passion and confidence, you can take those ingredients to create a cause that implements both while having a positive community impact!

Below you can find some of the previous and upcoming events that we've created to help you start your personal project or initiative and guiding you towards becoming a strong, independent WeGo! leader.

Co-Leader Program

WeGo! piloted the first ever Co-Leader program for students interested in taking on an instructor role and taking their passions to the next level and creating and designing events, projects, and more! The Co-Leader is a venue for girls that underwent the 4-step process and creates a cohort of alumni that works to support the new wave of leaders.

WeGo! Goes National and Global

One of our most proudest achievements was the opening of our chapters in California, Tokyo, Osaka, and Tohoku! Here, we helped these passionate girls develop leaders to achieve gender equality on a national and global scale. These girls have identified issues within their community, and created their own chapter to address these obstacles that they face.

WeGoing Places

WeGoing Places was a virtual event with Going Place's Melanie Feldman where students learned about networking when creating their own project or cause, and when applying for a job later!

International Projects

Beyond just the events we've created nationally, girls in Japan are organizing projects and events that help support others in their area! For example, Mayu making smoothies with local female farmers!
