Chilled Almond Butter Energy Bites

Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time (for chilling): 1 hour | Yield: 12 bites

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup almond butter

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup flax meal

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 5 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until fully combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into 12 balls, then transfer to a sealed container. Chill and store in the refrigerator.
