
Chilled Almond Butter Energy Bites

Prep Time: 5 minutes, Total Time (for chilling): 1 hour | Yield: 12 bites
Ingredients:
⅔ cup almond butter
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup flax meal
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup dark chocolate chips
5 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until fully combined.
Roll the mixture into 12 balls, then transfer to a sealed container. Chill and store in the refrigerator.
