Our award-winning leadership program entails a 4-step curriculum developed by founder, Kylee Hamamoto that guides girls from start to finish from discovering their passion, building confidence, and creating a venture that incorporates their passion and produces positive community change.

No girl is alike. In terms of becoming a leader, we all start at different points of the process. Our 4-step process allows us cater to every girl. Everyone is capable of becoming a leader for positive change, and we're here to convince you that it's easy as 1-2-3-4. Let's change the tide, together.

1 Self-Discovery

This initial step focuses on self-awareness and personal growth. We believe that to become effective leaders, individuals must first understand themselves, their values, and their passions. We provide resources and guidance to help participants discover their unique strengths and interests.

2 Skill Development

START

Participants move on to developing practical leadership skills. This step involves a mix of workshops, training, and hands-on experiences tailored to their specific interests and career aspirations which include: public speaking, self-confidence, financial literacy, and more.

3 Project Creation

START

Leadership is not just about personal growth; it's also about making a positive impact on the community. We support participants and the creation of their personal projects that address local issues to actively engage with their communities through practicing social entrepreneurship.

4 Mentorship and Alumni Network

START

Now, let's take on the world together. We want you to use WeGo! as a platform to then network with other girl leaders and share your passion with and audience! We want to build a network and platform for you to share your passion and creations with others. The stage is set, WeGo!
